Revasi's restaurants were running on SevenRooms. No-shows were eating into revenue, upsells were non-existent, and the team had no way to capture card authorisations at the time of booking. They needed a platform built around their specific ops — not a generic SaaS tool.

We built a custom reservation engine with credit-card authorisation at the point of booking — so every table is backed by a real commitment. The guest flow surfaces targeted upsells (experiences, menus, add-ons) at exactly the right moment, and the ops dashboard gives front-of-house full visibility across all venues in real time.


The results speak for themselves. Across all venues, more than 50,000 reservations have been processed through the platform. Two thirds of guests now add an upsell during booking, and no-shows have more than halved compared to the previous SevenRooms setup — a direct result of the card-auth logic.
