Custom Hospitality Software Development

Reservation platforms, staff systems, POS integrations and the internal tools that hold an operation together — built for restaurants, hotels and hospitality groups that have outgrown off-the-shelf software.

There is a point where a growing hospitality business stops being served by its software and starts working around it. Bookings live in one platform, staff hours in a spreadsheet, the POS in a third system, and someone spends their week copying between them. We build the software that removes that week.

What we build

01

Reservation & Booking Platforms

Table management, availability rules, deposits and multi-venue booking pools — built around your service model rather than a vendor's idea of an average restaurant.

02

Staff & Operations Systems

Attendance, scheduling and shift tooling that reflects how hospitality rotas actually work, including split shifts and last-minute cover.

03

POS & Platform Integrations

Connecting the systems you already pay for — POS, delivery platforms, payment providers and CRMs — so the stack behaves as one system instead of four.

04

Guest-Facing Products

Ordering flows, booking journeys and loyalty mechanics that carry your brand rather than a marketplace's, and keep the guest relationship yours.

What it is worth

Hours back, every week

Manual copying between systems is the tax operators pay for disconnected software. Removing it is usually the fastest measurable return.

Commission you stop paying

Direct bookings and direct orders through your own platform instead of per-cover or per-order fees.

Data you can act on

Guest history, covers and staffing in one place and in your database — a basis for decisions rather than four dashboards that disagree.

How it works

01

Discovery & Spec

We map your operation, your existing systems and what they actually expose, then write a technical specification you can hold us to.

02

Build

Focused sprints with regular check-ins against working software. Progress is something you use, not something you are told about.

03

Launch & Support

We deploy, migrate and run alongside your existing setup where that lowers risk — then support and extend the system as the business changes.

Why Digics

We operate hospitality software, not just ship it

Our own reservation platform carries 50,000 bookings a year. We know what breaks during a Saturday service because we have been on the other end of it.

Design and engineering under one roof

The same studio does the interface and the infrastructure. Operational software still gets used by people mid-service, and it should be designed like it.

Honest scoping

If an off-the-shelf product solves your problem for a fraction of the cost, we will say so. We would rather lose a project than build something that should not exist.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of hospitality software do you build?

+

Reservation and booking platforms, staff attendance and scheduling systems, POS and delivery-platform integrations, guest-facing ordering flows, and the internal tools that sit between them. If it is software a venue or a group runs on daily, it is in scope.

Do you only work with restaurants?

+

Restaurants and hospitality groups are where most of our work sits, and where our domain knowledge is deepest. We also build for hotels, cafés and wellness businesses. The common thread is operational software with real-time constraints, not the specific venue type.

What does a project cost?

+

Integrations and focused tools start from €3,000. Full applications are scoped individually after discovery — we would rather give you a real number against a written specification than a range that means nothing.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

+

Usually, yes. We have integrated with Lightspeed, Deliverect and Stripe, and we work against documented APIs generally. During discovery we check what your existing stack actually exposes before anyone commits to a plan built on an API that does not exist.

Do you work with businesses outside the Netherlands?

+

Yes. We are based in Amsterdam and have delivered work in Bali, Bangkok and beyond. Most of the build and communication happens remotely; we travel for the parts that genuinely need it.

What happens after launch?

+

We offer ongoing support and maintenance covering fixes, security updates and new features. The same team that built the system maintains it — you are not handed to a support desk that has never seen the code.

Tell us where the week goes

Describe the manual work your team does between systems. That is usually where the first project is, and it is the easiest one to put a number on.
